Easy

– 1l glass decanter with a lid
– Loose leaf tea (approx. 10g per 1l)
– Cold water
– Strainer

TRIED & TESTED:
– Oxalis – Hawaii Cocktail (6 full teaspoons per 1l)

Cold water extracts tea slowly, so the tea tends to taste smoother and less bitter than by brewing hot tea.

Brewing for 8-12 hours gives a smooth and flavorful tea without being too strong. Brew for 6-8 hours for a light, fresh, and subtle flavor. For a stronger and more developed taste brew for 12- 18 hours.

1. Put the loose-leaf tea into the decanter.

2. Fill the decanter with cold water and put the lid on.

3. Leave it in the fridge for around 8-12 hours.

4. Take it out and strain the tea.

5. Put the iced tea back in the fridge to chill.

Serve with ice cubes and lemon slice.
